Each model has a different cost. The price depends on settings such as duration, resolution, generated audio, and the number of reference images. The exact credit amount appears before you submit. If the model or price changes, you will need to review the new price and submit again.
Can I close the page while my video is generating?
Yes, after your task has been created. Processing continues in the background. Sign in with the same account to recover your latest task from the past 24 hours. Videos stay available for seven days after completion.
Why do controls change when I switch models?
Models support different features, so controls follow your selected model. Reference to Video accepts images. Video Edit accepts one MP4 and optional reference images; reference audio uploads are not supported.
What happens if generation fails?
Failed tasks and tasks that cannot finish within 30 minutes receive a full automatic credit refund. Free generation requires queuing; paid users can skip the queue. Only one generation can run on an account at a time across tools.
