Welcome to Qwen Image Layered. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our image layering, image generation and editing, and related services, including how we handle content-safety reports.

We may collect the following information: • Account information: email address, name (if provided), account, and login-session information. • Payment information: transaction identifiers, amounts, payment status, and related billing details provided by payment processors. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers. • Service and task data: tools used, submission times, prompts, settings, task identifiers and status, credit transactions, and task records or output references saved by some tools. • Content data: images you upload for processing or generation, and the results generated, edited, or processed. • Reports and communications: reports, appeals, support requests, and related correspondence you send us.

How we handle images, prompts, and outputs: • Uploaded images may be stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage and made available to processing services through time-limited signed links. We do not have one uniform immediate-deletion period across all tools and do not promise deletion as soon as a task finishes. • To perform the image processing or generation you request, necessary images, prompts, settings, and task data are sent to the selected AI service provider. Each provider's terms and policies govern its handling and retention of the data it receives. • Task records and outputs are handled differently across tools. We retain relevant data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain task status, handle billing or refunds, protect security, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. • You may request deletion using the email below. We will handle requests where reasonably practicable; law, accounting, security, dispute resolution, or provider policies may require or permit us to retain some records. • We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

We use collected information to: • Provide the image layering, generation, editing, and other services you request • Process payments, credits, refunds, and account administration • Protect service security and detect or investigate abuse or Terms violations • Assess content reports, moderation appeals, and support requests • Send service-related communications • Comply with law and protect the legal rights of users, us, and third parties

To enforce our Terms and handle reports, we may use submitted prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, task information, and related communications to investigate suspected violations, safety risks, rights infringements, or abuse. Selected AI service providers may apply automated safety checks under their policies. When we receive a report, a relevant safety signal, or a legal request, we may manually review limited related content and task records. Reports and appeals may include your email address, report details, task identifiers, evidence descriptions, and the outcome of our review. We retain this information for as long as needed to process the case, enforce our policies, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to people who need it to handle the matter. We use reasonable security measures to protect information, including: • Encrypted connections such as HTTPS for data in transit • Secure payment-card processing by providers such as Stripe or Waffo Pancake • Private Cloudflare R2 object storage and time-limited signed links for uploaded files • Access restrictions for account, task, and report information • Regular evaluation and updates to our security measures No method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure.

We share information with service providers where needed to operate the service: • Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery, database, and R2 object storage • AI inference providers: processing based on the tool and model you use, currently including WaveSpeed, 302.AI, and Volcengine Ark (Seedream). Necessary images, prompts, settings, and task information are sent to the selected provider. • Stripe and Waffo Pancake: payment processing, depending on the option you select at checkout These providers handle the information they receive under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, needed to protect service security, or necessary to resolve a dispute.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may: • Request access to or correction of your personal information • Request deletion of your account and related data • Opt out of marketing communications • Withdraw consent to processing where applicable Contact us using the email below.
