Qwen Image Layered provides AI-powered image layer decomposition services. We analyze uploaded images to automatically decompose them into multiple editable RGBA layers. Our service is for image editing and design purposes and should not be considered as medical, legal, or professional advice. IMPORTANT: We never save your photos. All images are processed securely and deleted immediately after layering processing.

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and current information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Credits are purchased through our pricing page using Stripe payment processing. • All sales are final. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. • Credits do not expire, but are non-transferable. • Each image layering process costs 1 credit. • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice to existing users.

All content on Qwen Image Layered, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Qwen Image Layered or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the image layer decomposition service.

You agree not to: • Upload images that are not of yourself or that you do not have permission to use • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models • Interfere with or disrupt the service • Use automated systems to access the service without permission • Share your account credentials with others

Qwen Image Layered is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The results will be accurate or meet your expectations • The service will be available at all times Image layering results are based on AI analysis and should be considered as auxiliary tools only. Final results may vary depending on image complexity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qwen Image Layered shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
